Looking for a Preschool Coordinator for a reputed CBSE school in Kollam, Kerale. The candidate should possess a minimum experience of 5 to 10 years, and a minimum qualification of NTT (Nursery TeacherTraining), MTT (Montessori Teacher Training) Interested candidates can apply immediately.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Monitor the allocation and enrolment of children in the services within the preschool unit.
Represent preschool services at relevant forums or groups.
Develop and implement efficient and effective administrative systems.
Attend to correspondence and general inquiries as appropriate.
Develop strategies to ensure forward planning, evaluation, and review of the service.
Ensure all aspects of the preschool program are inclusive and equitable for all children and
To build a community of creative learning practice across the school, involving all departments as appropriate.
To involve parents, Governors, and other members of the community extensively throughout the program.
To develop, through dialogue with the wider school community, an inquiry-based approach that addresses a range of issues relevant to the broader developmental needs of the school and its learners and is linked to the school improvement plan.
To facilitate the long-term development of creative teaching and learning at a structural and systemic level, using the Creative School Development Framework and other resources.
To establish a Creative Partnerships program plan on an annual basis, linked to the Creative School Development Framework self-assessment process Programme and project management.
To act as a facilitator in school, able to translate the school’s vision for creative learning into practical implementation.
